Q: How much would it cost for me to have a function at Pondbottom ?
A: The approximate cost of your function will be based on the number of persons attending plus the cost of the actual food & drink menu selected from our packages.
Q: If I want to have a function at Pondbottom, what would I have to do?
A: First, we will need to know the proposed date of the event. We will advise you on availability. Once you have perused our packages, you let us know the preferred menu and bar. A quotation will then be prepared outlining your estimated cost.
Q: Would I have to pay for children?
A: Special rates are extended for children attending.
Children age 0 – 4yrs are accommodated free of cost.
Children age 5 – 11yrs are accommodated at half price.
Q: Can I bring my own food or caterers to Pondbottom?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I make changes to the menus in your packages?
A: Yes, changes may be made to the menus in the packages. Note however, that removing items from the menu may not necessarily reduce the menu price. Also, as items are added to the menu, the cost will increase depending on the cost of that item.
Q: How many persons can Pondbottom accommodate for a function?
A: Pondbottom can accommodate up to 170 persons (seated).
Q: Is there a cut-off time for my function?
A: Yes! For morning functions, 1:30 pm; for evening functions 01:00 am.
Q: Are there any special rates for guestroom accommodation if my party or invited guests want to stay at Pondbottom Apartment Hotel for my function?
A: Our package offers specially discounted rates to all guests (local or international) attending your function. They must however, notify our Reservations Department that they are attending your function, for this rate to be applied. Also, for 4 or more rooms booked, a special group rate will be applied to the booking.
